Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish Church in Alabat, Quezon is one of the oldest Catholic parishes on Alabat Island and serves as the spiritual center of the municipality. The parish was officially established in 1940 under the Diocese of Gumaca and is dedicated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel, whose feast day is celebrated every July 16.
