Our Lady of Fatima Parish of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Gumaca was established 2009. It is located in Brgy. Apad, Municipality of Calauag, Province of Quezon. The Parish Fiesta is celebrated every 13th day of October in honor of Our Lady of Fatima.
