Church of Our Mother of Perpetual Help

The Church of Our Mother of Perpetual Help is a Catholic parish located in Sumagonsong, Mulanay, Quezon, serving the faithful of the community under the Diocese of Gumaca. Since its establishment in 2006, the parish has been a place of prayer, worship, and service where individuals and families grow in faith through the sacraments, devotion to Our Mother of Perpetual Help, and active participation in the life of the Church. Guided by Christ and inspired by the loving care of Mary, we strive to build a welcoming community rooted in faith, hope, and charity.
